Schedule of Charges
Related to the Providing of Information Pursuant to Section 17, paragraph 1 of Act No. 106/1999 Coll., on Free Access to Information.
The obligatory body may ask to reimburse an extensive information search.

Postage is charged according to the current price list of postal services.
In order to comply with the statutory period to process the application for providing information and to ensure the costs are settled, the required information shall be usually sent cash on delivery.
The cost may also be paid in cash at the cash desk of CENIA upon receiving the information. The applicant shall be notified of the total amount and the corresponding breakdown of the costs to be paid in relation to the information provided, which the applicant shall approve.
If the cost of the information provided to one applicant does not exceed CZK 100 it may be provided free of charge.
