Home Environmental Impact Assessment EIA Unit

The EIA Unit provides specialised support to the state and public administration in environmental impact assessment, especially in the following ways:

• it operates and develops the EIA Information System of business plans pursuant to Act. 100/2001 Coll., as amended by Act No. 93/2004 Coll.,
• it operates and develops the SEA Information System of concepts assessed according to Act No. 100/2001 Coll., as amended by Act No. 93/2004 Coll.,
• it operates the EIA information system of activities assessed in compliance with Act of the Czech National Council No. 244/1992 Coll.,
• it publishes the magazine EIA IPPC SEA,
• it prepares and administers exams of environmental impact assessment qualifications pursuant to the Decree of the Ministry of the Environment No. 457/2001 Coll.
